Our live cooking shows are becoming increasingly popular with guests. They are a source of a variety of culinary inspiration for all concerned. You can choose from several prepared culinary themes. Of course we can also tailor everything to suit your individual requirements.

To achieve a truly perfect culinary experience, our F&B Manager Richard Blaško completes the prepared food with wines from around the world.

Who will take care of you:

Executive Chef Peter Dudaš has extensive experience from several foreign first-class hotels as well as from a 1 * Michelin restaurant in France. For the hotel Crowne Plaza Bratislava he created a unique concept of gluten-free cuisine.

F&B Manager Richard Blaško is a person with strong F&B background and experience from various parts of the world, also from 5 * facilities (hotels) and cruise ships.
