Who will take care of you:
Executive Chef Peter Dudaš has extensive experience from several foreign first-class hotels as well as from a 1 * Michelin restaurant in France. For the hotel Crowne Plaza Bratislava he created a unique concept of gluten-free cuisine.
F&B Manager Richard Blaško is a person with strong F&B background and experience from various parts of the world, also from 5 * facilities (hotels) and cruise ships.
